Equine & Human Sports Therapy - Movement Enhancing Natural Therapy - M.E.N.T for Horse and Rider
 Due to a busy schedule Maureen and her team from Equine and Human Sports Therapy On-site unit will be attending limited events throughout the southwest in the 2010 season. 
 
How many competitors/grooms/supporters do you know who;
 
  • Complain of aching shoulders, neck, back and/or limbs?
 
  • ‘Forget’ to breath?
 
  • Find it difficult to adjust and maintain a secure posture because of restricted movement in joints
 
  • Sleep in lorries, tents or caravans and complain of aching bodies?
 
  • How many endlessly faithful grooms and volunteers do you see that have been awake since the crack of dawn, heaving heavy bales, lugging around tack, pushing overloaded wheel barrows, mucking out, loading horses, lifting ramps…….?
 
  • What about the event organising team who have been tirelessly moving jump wings, poles etc for days before everybody else arrives, and probably for days afterwards?
 
  • Or the judges and stewards who stand or sit for hours
 
A few familiar faces coming to mind....maybe even starting with yourself!?  An experienced sports masseuse can help address the above issues and manage them in a relaxed manner on the competition/show/camp ground.
 
An advanced booking facility is available so competitors can be sure of a coordinated day, as well as a book on the day option.
